Christine Day - Stories - Women's History Month 2014

Christine Day - Stories - Women's History Month 2014

I've always worked on, I think, other people's dreams,
and so this time it was a chance to really
start from the beginning and do something that, for me,
really made a difference in the world.
Being able to tell that brand story, the product story,
and my team's story, and where I think I could take the business
which is to grow a billion dollar business by 2020,
to have the investors go, 'that makes a lot sense
and we believe in you', is really a great feeling.
I give back by mentoring at least four women CEO's that
I meet with,I do a phone call once a month.
When you do something that is a lot of hard work,
the number one thing that I always tell people
is do something you're passionate about,
something that there is no difference between who you are
at work and who you are at home and in your personal life.
