Purpose: This 24 month project will develop and implement a community plan with to address violence against women and girls in the Corner Brook, Bay of Islands, and Humber Valley regions in Newfoundland. The organization will partner with key stakeholders to develop, oversee and evaluate a community plan addressing gender-based violence. The project will identify best practices and specific actions to ensure effective mechanisms, supports, strategies, and solutions are identified to address violence against women in these communities.
