Purpose: This 28-month project will address the issue of violence against young women on campus. The organization will conduct a gender-based analysis and a safety audit of the McMaster University campus community, and then work with the University and its students to introduce the gender-analysis to inform existing and future policy development. The project will develop sustainable strategies and products such as a campus community protocol on violence against women that can be maintained within the university through the student body, faculties, and departments.
