Purpose: This 36-month project will improve access to second-stage services for women victims of violence in New Brunswick. Through collaboration between women and key partners, best practices as well as barriers that limit the capacity of second-stages service providers will be identified to better respond to the needs of women. A provincial model of service delivery in second-stage services will be developed, piloted in three New Brunswick regions, and evaluated. Based on the results, a modified model will be shared with key partners and other second-stages houses for provincial implementation.
