Purpose: This 36-month project will formalize collaboration between stakeholders to improve access to services for women victims of violence who also face issues such as mental health, addictions and homelessness in 11 administrative regions of Quebec. In collaboration with women and key partners, best practices will be shared with service providers to improve screening for violence. An interdisciplinary and integrated service delivery model and collaborative protocols will be developed and implemented between shelters and other service providers to improve referral practices and the continuum of services. Project knowledge and implementation results will be shared with regional stakeholders.
